Valid serial numbers on each product presented for exchange.After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) NumberWrite your RMA number legibly on the return label. Return the entire package to:

Product must be returned within 10 days of receiving an RMA number. All products received beyond 10 days will not be accepted for return.
Shipper is responsible entirely for paying postage, shipping, and insurance. CollectibleGiftStore is also not responsible for any damages as well as any other natural disasters which may incur during transit. CollectibleGiftStore will pay shipping when the product has been replaced.Product Replacement
When exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement item once CollectibleGiftStore receives, approves, and processes the returned item. Returns are processed within 14 days of receiving the RMA Product. Items will not be accepted if the terms and conditions are not followed. The remaining warranty from the original 30 days still stands.
